Thank you for visiting our website and we hope you enjoy the experience we’ve worked so lovingly to provide. Below you’ll find the rules for using our website (www.turningintomagic.fi) and for working with Janina (hereinafter referred to as 'Coach').

By navigating and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms of use here specified.

Turning into Magic 3338581 -6 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells coaching and wellness services to private individuals. We reserve the right to change prices. The company is not subject to VAT. Prices include VAT 0% (VAT-exempt sales, VAT Act §3).

Appointment & payment ​

 

The services are booked on the company website (www.turningintomagic.fi) through the embedded appointment calendar or through Vello's website (www.vello.fi/turningintomagic).

 

After selecting the service and time, the calendar directs you to fill in your contact details and the necessary payment information to complete the purchase and confirm the booking. After payment, a receipt and booking confirmation will be sent to your email, along with any additional information required for the service. The receipt shows the purchased services and the price with VAT 0% (VAT-exempt activity, VAT Act §3).

By making a booking, you accept the terms of use, cancellation policy, and service prices.

Payment methods

​

The payment service provider is Stripe Inc., a globally recognized and trusted platform, which is integrated into Vello. During the booking process, you can pay with a debit or credit card.​

 

Additionally, we also offer payment options with the company’s own gift cards and prepaid cards (https://pro.vello.fi/turningintomagic/shop).

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

Please note that by booking the service, you agree that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act (KSL 6:16 §) does not apply to these services. As this is a service agreed upon through distance selling and performed at a predetermined time, the right of cancellation is not applicable.

Cancellations must be made no later than 36 hours before the scheduled service time.

 

For bookings canceled on the same day (less than 24 hours), the company reserves the right to charge 50% of the service price. For no-shows, the company reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price.

​

Cancellations must be made through the booking confirmation email by returning to the booking and selecting the cancellation option in the bottom corner of the booking screen. If cancellation is no longer possible via the booking confirmation, a written cancellation notice must be sent to the email address janina@turningintomagic.fi. The notice must include a screenshot of the booking confirmation email, showing the date of the booking confirmation, as well as the customer's name, email address, the booked service, and the scheduled date & time of the service.​​

Rescheduling is allowed once, provided the requested time is available. Inquiries about rescheduling a booking should be sent to janina@turningintomagic.fi. Please include a screenshot of the booking confirmation in your email. However, if the rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.


By booking the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the company’s terms of use and cancellation policy.​​

Liability for Defects and Complaints

As a purchaser of our services, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If you feel that there have been shortcomings or errors in the service, please contact us to resolve the issue.

​

Coaching and mentoring are based on collaboration and the client’s active participation. Results may vary individually, but the services are always delivered as agreed and with professionalism.

​

In the case of complaints, please contact our customer service at support@turningintomagic.fi. Consumers have the right to escalate any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Coaching / Mentoring ​

 

We have a strict code of ethics when it comes to client confidentiality. What is discussed during your coaching sessions stays absolutely between you and your coach.

​

If your coach ever wishes to discuss any of your breakthroughs or insights in a public setting (like when writing an article or shooting a video), she will only do so upon written consent from you. And even then, when your coach discusses client breakthroughs in public (to help others on their healing journeys), she always anonymizes personal information.
